摘要
镁是植物生长必需元素中仅次于氮、磷、钾的第四大元素,是叶绿素分子中存在的唯一金属元素,也是许多酶类的活化剂,参与植物生长及发育过程中众多的生理生化反应。自然条件下,由于受地质等因素的影响,植物中镁的缺乏现象很普遍,而镁缺乏会对植物生长和发育造成不良影响。综述了缺镁胁迫对植物生长、光合作用、体内激素、酶活性、活性氧代谢、基因表达和离子吸收等方面的影响,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Magnesium is the fourth largest element in plant growth except for nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.It is the only metal element in chlorophyll molecules,also an activator for many enzymes,which is involved in numerous physiological and biochemical reactions during plant growth.Under natural conditions,magnesium deficiency in plants is common due to the influence of geology and other factors,and magnesium deficiency adversely affects plant growth and development.This article reviewed the influence of magnesium deficiency stress on plant growth,photosynthesis,hormones,enzyme activity,reactive oxygen metabolism,gene expression and ion absorption in plants,the further research was also provided.
