日粮中添加亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽对肉鸡生长及屠宰性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Adding Methylenesalicylic Bacitracin in the Diet on the Growth and Slaughter Performance of Broilers

摘要 选取600只1日龄的健康肉鸡为研究对象,经过合理的试验方案设计,随机分为5组,分别为低、中、高剂量受试药物组以及阳性对照组和空白对照组,受试药物剂量分别为40、25和5 mg/kg饲料,阳性对照组添加杆菌肽锌预混剂,空白对照组不给药。连续饲喂49 d后,测定相关参数指标并进行评价。其中,基本评价指标包括饲养期间肉鸡的死亡率、体重变化、饲料转化率等。结果发现,供试药物对肉鸡屠宰性能的影响不大(P>0.05),但相对于空白对照组,饲喂亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽组肉鸡的死亡率、腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05),且对肉鸡具有增重作用。综合考虑,1 kg饲料中加入25 mg的亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽效果最好,为推荐使用药量。 A total of 600 one-day-age healthy broilers were selected as research objects and divided into five groups,which were named as low,medium,high dose drug administration group,positive control group and blank control group by reasonable experimental scheme design.The drug doses in three drug administration groups were 40,25 and 5 mg per one kilogram of feed respectively,bacitracin zinc premix was added in positive control group,and no drug was added in blank control group.After continuous feeding 49 days,the relevant parameter indices were determined and evaluated.Among them,the basic evaluation indicators included chicken’rearing mortality,changes in body weight,feed conversion rate.The results showed that the drug had little effect on the carcass traits of broilers during the test period.Compared with blank control group,the mortality and diarrhea rate of broilers in drug administration group with adding methylenesalicylic bacitracin greatly reduced(P<0.05),and methylenesalicylic bacitracin could had a well improvement on the weight gain of broilers.Overall,the best dose of methylenesalicylic bacitracin was 25 mg per one kilogram feed,the best effect could be obtained under these conditions.
