紫外可见分光光度法测定不同品种柑橘皮中总黄酮含量 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]研究不同产地5种柑橘皮中总黄酮含量。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法测定5种柑橘皮中总黄酮的含量,并对此方法进行精密度、稳定性、重复性和加样回收率等结果的考察。[结果]5种柑橘皮中总黄酮含量最高的是脐橙,其含量是2.53%,其次是柳橙和丑柑,分别是2.24%和1.82%,含量较低的是血橙和广柑,分别是1.48%和1.27%,方法学考察结果认为该方法是一种简单稳定、重复性好的测定方法。[结论]该研究为柑橘皮中黄酮的提取利用提供一定的理论基础。 [Objective]The research aimed to study the total flavonoids content in five kinds of citrus peels from different producing areas.[Method]The content of total flavonoids in five kinds of citrus peels was determined by UV-Visible spectrophotometry,and the method was investigated for precision,stability,repeatability and sample recovery.[Result]The highest content of total flavonoids in the five citrus peels was Citrus sinensis Osbeck,its content was 2.53%,followed by Citrus sinensis(L.)Osbeck cv.Liu Cheng and Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Ponkan at 2.24%and 1.82%,respectively.The lower content was Citrus sinensis Doublefine Ameliorée and Citrus sinensis(L.)Osbeck,which were 1.48%and 1.27%,the methodological investigation results confirmed that the method was a simple and stable repeatability measurement method.[Conclusion]This study provides a certain theoretical basis for the extraction and utilization of total flavonoids in citrus peel.
