Research on the Planning and Construction of Beautiful Village in the New Era

分析了当前美丽乡村建设中存在的主要问题和美丽乡村规划建设的主要因素,探索性地提出了在新时代新思想和新战略的指引下如何立足乡村实际谋划做好美丽乡村建设,从乡村规划体系建设、组织和人才建设、乡村文化建设和项目平台建设等4个方面提出了新时代美丽乡村规划建设的路径选择,对当前决胜全面建成小康社会具有重要的借鉴意义。

This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current beautiful rural construction,profoundly interprets the main factors affecting the planning and construction of beautiful rural areas,and exploratively puts forward how to build a beautiful village based on the actual situation of the countryside under the guidance of the new era the new idea and the new strategy.From the four aspects of rural planning system construction,organization and talent construction,rural cultural construction and project platform construction,this paper proposes the path choice of beautiful rural planning and construction in the new era,which has important reference significance for building a well-off society.
