鱼腥草不同生长期各部位重金属镉、铅富集变化规律 被引量:3

Study on the Enrichment Characteristics of Cadmium and Lead in Each Organs of Houttuynia cordata Thunb with Different Growth Period

摘要 目的采用ICP-MS测定鱼腥草不同生长期各部位重金属镉、铅富集量,分析其变化规律,为鱼腥草采收提供科学依据。方法收集5~10月鱼腥草生长期内各部位样品,采用微波消解-ICP-MS测定各部位重金属的含量。结果鱼腥草地下茎中镉、铅均在10月富集量最低;地上茎中镉在10月份富集量最低,7月份次之,其铅在7月富集量最低,10月次之;叶中镉在10月份富集量最低,7月份次之,其铅在7月富集量最低,10月次之。结论从安全性、有效性、产量综合考虑,建议7月(果期)、10月(倒苗前)作为鱼腥草药用部位最佳采收期,地下茎宜在10月割取地上部位后采收。 Objective To provide scientific basis for Houttuynia cordata collection,the enrichment characteristic of Cd and Pb in different parts and different growth stages of Houttuynia cordata are determined by ICP-MS,and the change rule is analyzed.Methods Various organs of Houttuynia cordata during the growth period from May to October are collected,for determining the contents of Cd and Pb by microwave digestion-ICP-MS.Results The contents of Cd and Pb in underground stem of Houttuynia cordata are the lowest in October;The content of Cd in the stem is lowest in October,followed by July,and the content of Pb is lowest in July,followed by October;The leaf have the lowest concentration of Cd in October,followed by July,and the concentration of Pb is lowest in July,followed by October.Conclusion Considering the factors from safety,effectiveness and production,July(florescence)and October(before languish)can be used as the most suitable harvesting period for Houttuynia cordata.As a kind of food,the underground stem of Houttuynia cordata should be harvested after cutting the medicinal parts in October.
