摘要
笔者基于LabVIEW开发平台,提出了基于开放式用户通讯协议的方式,以保证上位工控机、下位机PLC间通讯的实时性与高速性,并搭建了包含工控机、西门子PLC及工业以太网的测试平台,编写了PLC及LabVIEW测试程序。测试结果表明,采用该通信方式时上、下位机间通讯周期最高可达5 ms,远高于传统基于OPC等通讯协议的100 ms。
Based on the LabVIEW development platform,the author puts forward a method based on the open user communication protocol to ensure the real-time and high-speed communication between the upper industrial computer and the lower computer PLC,builds a test platform including the industrial computer,Siemens PLC and industrial Ethernet,and compiles the PLC and LabVIEW test program.The test results show that the communication period between the upper and lower computers can reach up to 5 ms,which is much higher than 100 ms based on traditional communication protocols such as OPC.
