校政企耦合模式:应用型本科高校社会服务模式构建

School-government-enterprise Coupling Model:The Construction of Social Service Model for Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities

应用型本科高校社会服务模式的构建能够更好地发挥应用型本科高校社会服务职能。通过对应用型本科高校现有社会服务模式及特征、社会服务过程中存在的不足进行探讨,了解到现有社会服务模式具有主动性、互补性、多样性的特征,同时也存在服务意识待提高、互动耦合性较低、服务特色未彰显、顶层设计待完善等不足。针对以上不足,基于耦合理论,提出应用型本科高校构建社会服务模式应遵循的原则,从而构建出校政、校企、校政企耦合型社会服务模式。

The construction of the social service mode of the application-oriented undergraduate universities can better play the social service function of the application-oriented undergraduate universities.Through the discussion of the existing social service mode and characteristics of the application-oriented undergraduate universities and the deficiencies in the development of social services,it is understood that the existing social service mode has the characteristics of initiative,complementarity and diversity,and there are still some deficiencies such as the service consciousness to be improved,the coupling of interaction is low,the service characteristics are not obvious,and the top-level design to be improved.In view of the above shortcomings,based on the coupling theory,this paper puts forward the principles that should be followed in the construction of the social service mode of the application-oriented undergraduate universities,so as to build the coupling social service mode of the school administration,school enterprise and school government enterprise.
