摘要
为简化混凝土模板工程施工,提出了一种新型的拼装式桁架模板支撑体系。该体系可根据不同模板高度、跨度的需求,通过组装不同类型的桁架单元以及增设调节端杆来实现梁下自由变高、变跨,具有良好的适应性。对该体系的桁架单元和组装试件进行了试验研究和理论计算,分析了其受力性能,明确该体系在实际工程中具有可观的使用价值。
In order to simplify the construction of concrete formwork,a new assemble truss formwork support system was proposed.By combining different types of truss elements and installing regulating lever,various heights and spans of the system could be obtained,which makes the system more accommodative.Experimental study and theoretical calculation on the truss elements and assembled specimens have been conducted to study the mechanical behavior of the system.The results confirmed that the assemble truss formwork support system possesses certain use value in practical engineering.
