Based on the premiseofim proving the construction quality of prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes the common quality problems during the construction period,first discusses the advantages of prefabricated buildings,makes clear the import ance of prefabricated buildings in the construction industry,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures from the four aspects of plate production,prefabricated component connection,pipeline component embedding and prefabricated component maintenance,so as to effectively improve the construction quality of prefabricated buildings quantity will create conditions for the popularization of this building mode in the future.
