摘要
除尘器的实际结构比较复杂,常规计算分析难以得到每个构件的弯矩、应力等,采用有限元数值分析结构直观明确,便于根据结果对原设计方案进行优化,最终达到节约材料、减少重量的目的。
The actual structure of the dust collector is complicated,it is difficult to get the bending moment and stress of each component by conventional calculation and analysis.The structure of finite element numerical analysis is intuitive and clear,which is convenient to optimize the original design scheme according to the results,finally,the goal of saving material and reducing weight is achieved.
