基于我国基建技术先进和对外开放程度提高的背景对国外工程的特点和存在问题进行分析,并以此从教育培训、管理制度、市场监督等方面提出应对方法,目的是减少国外工程安全事故的发生,为相关工作者提供参考。

Based on the background of Chinese advanced infrastructure technology and increased openness to abroad,the characteristics and existing problems of construction abroad are discussed.The countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of training,management system,market supervision,etc..The purpose is to reduce the occurrence of construction safety accidents abroad,so that relevant workers can refer to it.
