摘要
文章针对多ADS-B地面站多目标融合问题,参照Asterix CAT021,RTCA DO260B,ED-129B等技术标准,结合中国民用航空局和空管局的有关要求和东西部ADS-B建设工程的架构方案,详细论述了ADS-B数据处理中心中目标相关和目标融合算法。ADS-B数据处理中心输出准确、全面及低延迟的融合数据,对我国扩大空域监视范围,提高空中安全水平和运行效率有重大意义。
This paper aims at the multi-objective integration of ADS-B earth stations,referring to Asterix CAT021-RTCA D0260 B,ED-129 B and other technical standards,combined with the relevant requirements of China Civil Aviation Administration and Air Traffic Control Bureau and the structure scheme of ADS-B construction projects in the east and west.A target correlation and target fusion algorithm in ADS-B data processing center is discussed in detail.ADS-B the data processing center outputs accurate,comprehensive and low delay fusion data,and it is of great significance for our eountry to expand the scope of airspace surveillance and improve the level of air safety and operational efficiency.
