摘要
目的:评价以问题为导向的教学方法(Problem Based Learning,PBL)结合微信运用于妇产科临床技能培训课中的成效性。方法:选取新疆医科大学2019-2020学年第一学期,2016级临床医学专业2个班,共140名学生。2016-1班为实验组(PBL结合微信教学法,共69人);2016-4班为对照组(传统教学法,共71人)。对比完成教学后两组的理论考试成绩、临床技能培训考核、教学满意度以及自主学习能力。结果:学生理论成绩对比结果显示,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组学生妇科检查、产科检查、手术基本操作、腹腔穿刺技能考试成绩与对照组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对教学的满意度高,并且其自主学习能力评价测评量表评分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合微信教学方法不但能提高本科生临床操作技能培训课程的教学质量,而且可以全方位提高学生的综合素养。
Objective:to analyze the effectiveness of PBL combined with WeChat teaching in clinical skill training courses of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic year of Xinjiang Medical University,2 classes of clinical medicine specialty of grade 2016,a total of 140 students were selected.Class 2016-1 is the experimental group(PBL combined with WeChat teaching method,a total of 69 people).Class 2016-4 is the control group(traditional teaching method,a total of 71 people).The theoretical test scores,clinical skills training assessment,teaching satisfaction and autonomous learning ability of the two groups after completion of teaching are compared.Results:the comparative results of students’ theoretical scores show that there is no significant difference in theoretical test scores between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).In the experimental group,score the clinical operation of gynecological examination,obstetric examination,basic surgical skills and abdominal puncture are all higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).The experimental group is more satisfied with the teaching method(P<0.05),and the score of the independent learning ability evaluation scale is higher than that of the control group.And the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion PBL combination of WeChat teaching method can not only improve the teaching quality of undergraduate clinical operation skills training course,but also improve students’ comprehensive literacy in all directions.
