1+X证书制度下扩招生教育质量提升路径研究

Research on the way to improve the quality of expanded recruitment students in 1+X certificate system

高职扩招100万学生,势必给当前高职教育教学带来影响和变化。为提高高职教育办学水平,实施1+X证书制度,深化产教融合面对面、校企合作点对点,育训结合,既能解决高职扩招给目前高职教育带来的师资紧缺、教学场所和住宿不够用等问题,又能提升高职办学水平。文章通过分析表明:高职扩招后的1+X证书制度要达到预期目标,必须校企协同育人,但需要构建与1+X证书相匹配的内部质量保证体系及诊改制度,通过不折不扣地执行,最终达到职业教育强国的目标。

Higher vocational colleges have expanded enrollment by 1 million that is bound to bring influence and change to higher vocational education.To improve the level of higher vocational education,it is face to face in the integration of industty and education,and school-enterprise cooperation is point-to-point,so as to improve the level of higher vocational education.In this paper,it must cooperate with schools and enterprises to educate people so that we can achieve the desired goal.However,it should be constructed that match 1+X certificate in internal quality assurance,diagnosis,modific ation systems.Finally,it will achieve the goal of the powerful country in education.
