Design and Implementation of Immovable Property Registration of Sea Area Use Right Data Sharing and Exchange in Jiangsu Province

《不动产登记暂行条例》将海域登记与房屋、林地、草原、土地登记一并纳入不动产的统一登记范畴.《自然资源统一确权登记暂行办法》中明确,国家实行自然资源统一确权登记制度.将海域使用权登记纳入不动产的统一登记,主要问题是解决不同业务平台之间的数据共享交换.本文阐述了江苏省海域使用权不动产登记的数据共享交换设计与实现.在对江苏省海洋综合管控平台接口改造后,实现与江苏省级不动产登记信息管理系统海域使用权不动产登记的数据交换和信息共享.

The Provisional Regulations on the Registration of Immovable Property includes the registration of sea areas,houses,woodlands,grasslands and land into the category of unified registration of immovable property.The Interim Measures for the Unified Confirmation and Registration of Natural Resources clearly states that the state implements a unified confirmation and registration system for natural resources.To integrate the registration of the right to the use of sea areas into the unified registration of immovable property,the main problem is to solve the data sharing and exchange among different business platforms.This paper introduces the design and realization of the sharing and exchange of the immovable property registration data of the sea areas use right in Jiangsu Province.After the interface transformation of Jiangsu Province Marine Integrated Control Platform,the exchange and information sharing of immovable property registration data of sea area use right with Jiangsu Provincial real estate registration information management system is realized.
