尿八联检验联合定量尿培养在尿路感染诊断中的应用价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨尿八联检验联合定量尿培养在尿路感染诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析100例疑似尿路感染患者的临床资料,所有入选者接受尿八联检验,并接受尿八联检验联合定量尿培养检查,分析检查结果的准确率以及诊断效能。结果尿八联检验联合定量尿培养的准确率高于单一尿八联检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿八联检验联合定量尿培养的敏感度、特异度均高于单一尿八联检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿八联检验联合定量尿培养对尿路感染的诊断准确率高。 Objective To explore the value of urine test of eight indexes combined with quantitative urine culture in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.Methods The clinical materials of 100 patients with suspected urinary tract infection were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients conducted with urine test of eight indexes as well as combination of urine test of eight indexes and quantitative urine culture,and the accuracy and diagnostic efficacy of the examination results were analyzed.Results The accuracy of urine test of eight indexes combined with quantitative urine culture was significantly higher than that of single urine test of eight indexes(P<0.05),and the sensitivity and specificity of urine test of eight indexes combined with quantitative urine culture were significantly higher than those of single urine test of eight indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine test of eight indexes combined with quantitative urine culture has a high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.
