摘要
针对一种链传动设备在工作过程中发生的爬行现象,分析了导轨的结构形式及发生问题的原因。为消除或降低该爬行问题,参考有关文献资料,通过试验验证了聚四氟乙烯导轨软带在一定程度上可以解决或降低装填过程中的爬行。为今后的链传动设备聚四氟乙烯导轨软带应用提供了试验数据的依据。
Aiming at the crawling phenomenon of a chain transmission equipment in the working process,the structural form of the guide rail and the cause of the problem are analyzed.In order to eliminate or reduce this crawling problem,relevant literatures were studied.t is verified by tests that the soft tape of PTFE guide rail can solve or reduce the creep in the filling process to a certain extent.Provide the basis of test data for future application of PTFE guide rail soft belt for chain transmission equipment.
