摘要
准光系统作为新一代微波有效载荷,在越来越多卫星上得以应用。针对某型准光载荷初始结构建立有限元模型,计算固有模态和正弦响应,通过动力学仿真发现结构设计上的不足,在保证电性能的前提下改进优化结构构型,通过力学仿真证明,优化后的结构拥有更好的力学性能,可以满足宇航产品的性能要求。计算结果可以为准光结构后续设计、改进及在轨安全性可靠性评估提供依据。
As a new generation of payload,quasi-optical system has been applied to more and more satellites.This article constructed a finite element model(FEM)of quasi-optical system,then calculated the characteristic mode and sine response of the structure,and finally optimized the structure by dynamics simulation without spoiling electronic performance.Results can offer a reference for design and improvement of quasi-optical structure,and can also be used to assess the security and reliability.
