摘要
分析了TG/CL113-2010《铁路货车运用维修规程》货物列车制动机试验中,全部试验和持续一定时间的保压试验各项点的功能,在确保安全的前提下,本着与原规定中试验方法功能一致、不降低指标要求、不遗漏检查项点、精简重复检查项目、提高作业效率的原则,提出了优化方案。试验台和列检作业场现车对比验证试验结果表明,优化方案具备与原规定相同的检查功能,试验结果基本一致,缩短了列检作业时间。优化方案已纳入TG/CL113-2018《铁路货车运用维修规程》。
This paper analyzes the functions of all the tests and the Pressure-holding test for a certain period of time in the freight train brakes test of the Railway Freight Train Maintenance and Maintenance Regulations(TG/CL113-2010).Under the premise of ensuring safety,compared with the original test method,the function of the test method is not consistent,the index requirement is not reduced,the inspection items are not omitted,the repeated inspection items are simplified,and the operation efficiency is improved.The results of the test comparison test between the test bench and the inspection work site indicate that the optimization scheme has the same inspection function as the original one,and the test results are basically the same,which shortens the inspection inspection time.The optimization plan has been included in the Railway Freight Train Maintenance and Maintenance Regulations(TG/CL113-2018).
