摘要
根据200km/h城际动车组制动系统的总体技术要求,制订出了制动力的分配原则,合理设计出车辆减速度曲线,并对城际动车组在紧急工况及模拟线路运营工况下,对闸片材料及制动盘配置下制动摩擦副的热容量进行仿真计算分析,满足了动车组在运营条件下满足热负荷要求。
According to the overall technical requirements of the braking system of 200 km/h inter-city EMU,the distribution principle of braking force is worked out,and the vehicle deceleration curve is reasonably designed.The thermal capacity of brake friction pair under the brake pad material and brake disc configuration is simulated and analyzed under the emergency and simulated line operation conditions of the inter-city EMU,which satisfies the thermal negative of the EMU under the operation conditions.
