分层分段教学在人工肝进修护士培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 人工肝支持系统是临床常用治疗肝衰竭非常有效、实用的治疗手段。近年来,随着其治疗技术的运用与发展,越来越多的基层医院需要学习并掌握人工肝治疗相关技术,需要派出医务人员到上级医院进行学习,为提高本科人工肝进修护士带教水平,经过多年的实践,形成了一套完整的教学模式。课程内容安排上注重人工肝治疗标准化操作规程,带教模式采用理论与实践相结合、分层分阶段教学相结合,并且积极开展微信平台交流和跟踪随访。在带教过程中以及进修结束后,及时开展随访,了解进修护士回院后人工肝治疗开展情况,根据进修护士以及基层医院反馈信息,调整教学内容与方式,取得了良好的效果。 Artificial liver support system(ALSS) is a very effective and practical treatment for liver failure. In recent years, with the application and development of its treatment technology, more and more grass-roots hospitals need to learn and master the related technology of artificial liver treatment, and need to send medical staff to higher hospitals to study. In order to improve the teaching level of nurses in artificial liver advanced education in our department, after years of practice, a complete teaching model has been formed. In the course content, the standardized operating procedures of artificial liver therapy are emphasized. The teaching mode combines theory with practice, layered and staged teaching, and the WeChat platform is actively exchanged and followed up. In the process of teaching and after the completion of further education, timely follow-up was carried out to understand the development of artificial liver treatment after the return of the advanced nurses. According to the feedback information of the advanced nurses and grass-roots hospitals, the teaching contents and methods were adjusted, and good results were achieved.
