The Cultivation Strategy of Scientific Research Ability of Medical Master’s Degree Graduate Students

摘要 目的探究临床医学硕士专业学位研究生科研能力的培养策略及价值。方法选取桂林医学院临床医学硕士专业学位研究生60人作为研究对象,根据数字随机表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各30人。对照组采用传统教育观念指导,实验组融入新理念导师指导。比较两组科研思维、科研实践、科研理论等考核评分情况,以及研究生对培养模式的满意度。结果指导干预前,两组科研思维、科研实践、科研理论评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);指导干预后,两组科研思维、科研实践、科研理论评分均较指导干预前上升,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组研究生的满意度为73.33%(22/30),实验组研究生的满意度为93.33%(28/30),实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床医学专业硕士专业学位研究生科研能力的培养过程中,导师融入新理念进行培养效果明显,可增强研究生的科研能力,提升研究生的满意度。 Objective To explore the training strategy and value of the research ability of graduate students in clinical medicine. Methods Sixty-five graduate students of clinical medicine master’s degree in Guilin Medical College were selected as research subjects. According to the numerical random table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 people in each group. The control group was guided by the traditional concept of education, and the experimental group was integrated into the guidance of the new concept instructor. Compare the scores of the two groups of research thinking, scientific research practice, scientific research theory, etc., as well as the graduate students’ satisfaction with the training model. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of scientific research thinking, scientific research practice and scientific research between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of scientific research thinking, scientific research practice and scientific research were higher than those before the intervention. The experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the graduate students in the control group was 73.33%(22/30), and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.33%(28/30). The experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of cultivating the scientific research ability of master’s degree students in clinical medicine, the instructors integrate into the new concept to cultivate the effect obviously, which can enhance the research ability of graduate students and improve the satisfaction of graduate students, which is worth promoting and application.
