静脉激光成形术与抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张

Clinical Effects of Endovenous Laser Treatment and Exfoliation for Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

目的分析静脉激光成形术与抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法选择医院297例下肢静脉曲张(VVLE)的患者(患肢332条)并随机分为激光组和传统组,各166条,传统组采取抽剥术治疗VVLE,激光组采取静脉腔内激光成形术(EVLT)治疗,对比分析两组手术相关指标、术后并发症和复发情况。结果激光组手术创口大小、出血量、手术时间、住院天数等指标均优于传统组(P<0.01);激光组术后并发症显著少于传统组(P<0.05);术后随访6个月2组复发率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 EVLT治疗VVLE手术创口小,出血少,操作时间短,恢复快,并发症少,优于抽剥术。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of endovenous laser treatment and exfoliation for varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods 297 VVLE patients(332 limbs) in our hospital were selected and divided into laser group(166 limbs) and traditional group(166 limbs). The traditional group was treated with endovenous laser treatment and traditional group for traditional exfoliation. The related indexes, postoperative complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The size of wound, amount of blood loss, operation time and hospitalization days in laser group were better than traditional group(P<0.01). The postoperative complications in laser group were lower than traditional group significantly(P<0.05). No significant difference of recurrence rate showed in the two groups after 6 months of follow-up(P<0.05). Conclusion EVLT is superior to traditional exfoliation in the treatment of VVLE with less wound, less bleeding, shorter operation time, faster recovery, less complications and less recurrence.
