不同药物在高血压并冠心病患者中的效果

Effects of Different Drugs in Patients With Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究分析在高血压合并冠心病患者中使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的临床效果。方法将2018年4年-2019年1月在本院接受治疗的高血压合并冠心病患者中的126例设为研究对象。经电脑随机法分组为观察组(63例)以及对照组(63例)。对照组中患者均采用氨氯地平进行治疗,观察组中患者在使用氨氯地平治疗的同时加用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。对比两组患者的高血压治疗效率以及冠心病治疗效率情况。结果观察组中患者的高血压治疗效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的冠心病治疗效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对高血压合并冠心病患者采用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗效果良好,患者的高血压症状以及冠心病症状均显著改善。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 126 hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from 2014 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group(63 cases) and control group(63 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine. The patients in the observation group were treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets. The treatment efficiency of hypertension and coronary heart disease were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment efficiency of hypertension in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the treatment efficiency of coronary heart disease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets is effective in treating hypertension patients with coronary heart disease, and the symptoms of hypertension and coronary heart disease are significantly improved, which is worthy of promotion.
