Effect of Body Language Communication in Pediatric Nursing

目的探讨肢体语言沟通应用于小儿护理工作的效果。方法选取来自医院的60例患儿作为研究对象,选取研究的时间段为:开始于2017年5月,结束于2018年6月。随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组实行一般护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取肢体语言沟通,护理干预后对患儿的护理依从性、不良情况发生率以及护理效果进行观察和比较。结果通过对比,对照组护理依从性及护理有效率相较研究组均偏低,P<0.05;研究组出现不良情况的几率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论肢体语言沟通对患儿具有显著的护理价值,不但能提高患儿依从性,还能促进护理效果,确保护理安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of body language communication in children’s nursing. Methods 60 children patients who came to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the time period of the research was: from May 2017 to June 2018. Randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group adopts the general nursing mode. The study group adopts the body language communication on the basis of the control group. After the nursing intervention, the patients’ nursing compliance, the incidence of adverse conditions and the nursing effect are observed and compared. Results Compared with the study group, the compliance and effective rate of nursing in the control group were lower, P<0.05;the probability of adverse situation in the study group was lower, P<0.05. Conclusion Body language communication has significant nursing value for children. It can not only improve patients’ compliance, but also promote nursing effect and ensure nursing safety.
