摘要
护士作为临床一线工作者,特殊的24小时轮班制工作模式和高压力、高负荷的护理工作对护士健康造成影响。近年来,我国护士亚健康发生率逐年上升,对护士群体生理和生理健康产生严重威胁。目前我国护士健康自我管理研究局限在行为管理,从认知、环境多方面整体研究较少,本文从护士自我健康管理认知、行为、环境和职业护士健康自我管理测评工具综述护士健康自我管理现状和提升策略,确定支持和改善护士健康自我管理的干预措施和以证据为基础的实践,今后的研究可进行护士健康自我管理认知、行为、环境整体的现况调查及影响因素,为护士群体制定自我健康管理策略提供支持和指导,为管理者提升护士健康状况提供依据,从而降低我国护士亚健康发生率。
Nurses, as front-line clinical workers, have special 24-hour shift work modes and high-stress and high-load nursing work, which affect the health of them heavily. In recent years, the incidence of sub-health among nurses in China has increased year by year, posing a serious threat to the physical and physical health of nurses. At present, research on selfmanagement of nurses ’health in China is limited to behavior management. Besides, there are few overall studies on the aspects of cognition and environment. This article summarizes the status and promotion strategies of nurses’ health self-management through health self-management cognition, behavior and environment and self-management assessment tools, identifying interventions and evidence-based practices to support and improve nurses ’health self-management. Future research can investigate the current status and influence factors of nurses ’self-management awareness, behavior and environment as a whole, provide support and guidance for nurses to formulate self-health management strategies, and provide a basis for managers to improve nurses’ health, thereby reducing China Incidence of sub-health among nurses.
