摘要
当前,“三位一体”协同培养机制已经成为我国教师教育改革与研究的基本方向。在协同培养机制中,如何发挥好高师院校的主导作用,要从人才培养目标制定、课程体系设计、教学团队组建、实践基地建设等方面做好协同培养机制创新,从而提升人才培养质量,为中小学培养优秀教师。
At present,the"three-in-one"coordinated training mechanism has become the basic direction of the reform and research of teacher education in China.In the collaborative training mechanism,in view of how to play the leading role of normal colleges and universities,we should do a good job in the innovation of collaborative training mechanism from the aspects of talent training goal setting,curriculum system design,teaching team building,practice base construction and so on,so as to improve the quality of talent training and train excellent teachers for primary and secondary schools.
