在就业形势严峻以及越来越多高校开始重视开发利用校友资源促进学校发展的背景下,构建面向高校与校友发展共同体促进学生就业的新模式,对于推动毕业生更高质量和更充分就业具有积极意义。文章通过剖析高校促进毕业生就业的举措和存在的主要问题,以浙大校友企业总部经济园为例提出进一步构建发展共同体促进就业的路径和策略。

In the context of the increasingly severe employment situation and the increasing number of colleges and universities beginning to attach importance to the development and utilization of alumni resources to promote school development,the establishment of a new model of promoting students'employment facing the development community of alma mater and alumni is of positive significance for the higher quality and fuller employment of graduates.The paper analyzes the measures and major problems of colleges and universities to promote graduates'employment,and takes the Economic Park for Alumni Corporate Headquarters of Zhejiang University as an example to propose a path and strategy for further promoting employment by building a development community.
