摘要
活动诊断是幼儿教学诊断的一种方式,是教师在《指南》的指引下,在同行的专业界定和评价中逐步完善教学行为,并实现师幼双向生命成长和发展。在幼儿园大班美术活动中,可以“聚焦环节合理性,化冗繁为简明;聚焦情景必要性,化铺陈为巧妙;聚焦体验有效性,化囿思为畅想”,实现在初建、重建、再建时不同维度的聚焦和转化,以找准育人定位。
Activity diagnosis is a method of preschool teaching diagnosis.Under the guidance of the"Guideline",teachers gradually improve teaching behavior in the professional definition and evaluation of peers,and realize the two-way life growth and development of teachers and children.In the art activities for the senior class of kindergarten,teachers can"focus on the rationality of the teaching links,reduce complexity to conciseness;focus on the necessity of the situations,use flexible teaching methods;focus on the effectiveness of experience,turn thinking into imagination",so as to find the orientation of education through realizing the focus and transformation of initial construction,reconstruction,and re-reconstruction.
