摘要
针对混凝土三维打印特点和混凝土的材料特性,开发了混凝土3D打印系统及其工艺规划。设计了2种龙门式框架结构。控制系统采用稳定性、可靠性更高的数控系统,对挤出机构进行了仿真分析,对料仓、预搅拌机构及螺杆进行了优化设计。通过实验验证了系统和工艺设计的可行性,针对印刷过程中发现的一些问题进行了分析,并对系统和工艺进行了改进。
According to the 3D printing characteristics of concrete and the material characteristics of concrete,the 3D printing system of concrete and its process planning were developed.Two kinds of gantry frame structures were designed.The control system adopts CNC system with higher stability and reliability.The simulation analysis of the extrusion mechanism was carried out,and the optimization design of the bin,the premixing mechanism and the screw was carried out.The feasibility of the system and process design is verified by experiments.Some problems found in the printing process are analyzed,and the system and process are improved.
