双定子风力发电机齿槽转矩的削弱研究

摘要 以永磁直驱为基础,将新型电机结构—双定子运用到大型风力发电机上,与单定子电机相比,拥有更高的转矩密度和功率密度,还能提高电机内部空间的利用率。但双定子电机的齿槽转矩一般比单定子结构要大,需要进行削弱。求出双定子电机齿槽转矩表达式,对不同弧极系数、不同极槽配合数和内外定子相对位置改变对齿槽转矩的影响进行分析,最后运用Ansys有限元分析软件进行仿真验证。证明选取优化后的相关双定子电机参数可以有效地削弱齿槽转矩,减少电机的转矩波动,保证电机的平稳运行。 Based on permanent magnet direct drive,a new type of motor structure--double-stator is applied to large wind turbine.Compared with single-stator motor,it has higher torque density and power density,and can improve the utilization rate of the internal space of the motor.However,the cogging torque of double-stator motors is generally larger than that of single-stator motors,which needs to be weakened.The expressions of cogging torque of double-stator motor are obtained,and the influences of different arc pole coefficients,different cogging number and relative position changes of internal and external stator on cogging torque are analyzed.Ansys finite element analysis software is used for simulation verification.It is proved that the optimized parameters can effectively weaken the cogging torque and reduce the torque fluctuation to ensure the smooth running of the motor.
