大吨位高速精密冲床关键部件仿真分析

摘要 为了准确了解大吨位高速精密冲床关键部件的精度,为高速精密冲床加工提供有力借鉴。通过ABAQUS仿真软件对大吨位高速精密冲床关键部件滑块进行仿真分析。对模型进行简化处理,并根据实际加工情况建立相对应的约束和载荷,再采用ABAQUS仿真软件进行分析。通过仿真分析可知,该零件无论是最大应力,还是模态分析,以及动态响应都能够满足使用要求,实现冲床在加工过程中的高精度、高可靠性、高效率。 In order to accurately understand the accuracy of key components of large tonnage high-speed precision punch and provide a powerful reference for high-speed precision punch processing.Through ABAQUS simulation software,the slider of key parts of large tonnage high speed precision punch was simulated and analyzed.Before the simulation,the model was simplified and the corresponding constraints and loads were established according to the actual processing conditions.ABAQUS simulation software was used for analysis.The simulation analysis shows that the maximum stress,modal analysis and dynamic response of the part can meet the requirements of the use.The simulation analysis by software ABAQUS can obtain satisfactory results and achieve high precision,high reliability and high efficiency in the process of punching.
