摘要
针对目前碳纤维气瓶缠绕生产线人工对气瓶安装拧紧工装杆的现状,设计了一种自动安装气瓶工装杆的机械手,采用Creo软件对机械手装置进行了结构设计,并在Ansys workbench软件中对机械手关键零部件进行了有限元分析,通过对机械手各梁、支撑柱的有限元分析优化减轻了机械手的重量,并通过对末端执行器的有限元分析确定了其结构设计的合理性。在Adams软件中对机械手进行了运动仿真分析,分析结果表明机械手在搬运和安装气瓶工装杆时,运动曲线满足实际生产要求。
Aiming at the current situation of manual installation of tightening tooling rods for gas cylinders in the production line of carbon fiber cylinders,a robot for automatically installing cylinder tooling rods was designed.The structural design of the robot equipment was carried out with Creo software,and the finite element analysis of the key components of the manipulator was carried out in Ansys workbench software.The weight of the manipulator was reduced by optimizing the finite element analysis of the beams and support columns of the manipulator.The rationality of the end effector structure design was determined by the finite element analysis of the end effector.In the Adams software,the motion simulation analysis of the manipulator device was carried out according to the actual motion requirements of the manipulator.The analysis results show that the manipulator device meets the actual production requirements when handling and installing the cylinder tooling rod.
