摘要 管道运输广泛应用于各种领域,在管道的使用过程中,会产生管道堵塞与管道缺陷开裂失效,从而导致输送物质泄漏等不良后果。因此,研究一种基于模糊控制算法的自适应管道缺陷检测爬行器,旨在实现爬行器在管道中的爬行与检测,可以适应管道直径变化,带电缆工作,转弯和附着能力强,检测强度及效率高。其结构简单,检测可靠,适用于天然气管道、城市管道等场合。 Pipeline transportation is widely used in various fields.In the process of pipeline use,blockage and defect cracking failure will occur,this leads to adverse consequences such as leakage of transport materials.Therefore,an adaptive pipeline defect detection crawler based on fuzzy control algorithm was designed to realize the crawler crawling and detecting in the pipeline.It can adapt to the change of pipe diameter,working with cable,with strong turning and adhesion ability,and high detection strength and efficiency.It has simple structure,reliable detection,and is suitable for natural gas pipelines and urban pipelines.
