摘要
自动穿串的装置主要包括肉块传送机构、肉块成型分切机构以及穿签控制机构。对部分机械机构做出了创新性设计,并对穿串传动系统和工作机构进行了详细地设计。通过Solidworks软件,进行实体建模,并利用SolidWorks Simulation对自动穿串装置的主要结构进行静应力分析,并通过分析结果对设计的结构中的缺点进行改进。
The automatic stringing device mainly includes meat transfer mechanism,meat forming and cutting mechanism and control mechanism of stringing.The innovative design of the partial mechanical mechanism was made,and the detailed design of the string transmission system and the working mechanism was carried on.Solid modeling was carried out through Solidworks software,and the static stress analysis of the main structure of the automatic string piercing device was carried out by using Solidworks Simulation.The shortcomings of the designed structure were improved through the analysis results.
