摘要
随着电子技术的发展,电子器件性能不断提高,并且电子元器件的集成度大幅提高,体积越来越小,电子设备在长时间工作过程中会出现不可避免的高热流密度问题。在高功耗密闭式自然散热整机中,热量主要通过热辐射和自然对流,传递至外界环境中,从而达到给整机降温的效果。从固态纳米碳涂层方面,解析了固态纳米碳的优良热力学特性,并对固态纳米碳涂层散热片的工作原理及优势进行叙述。通过对固态纳米碳散热片与传统散热片散热性能的对比分析,得出了表面喷涂固态纳米碳散热片的散热效果明显优于传统散热片。
With the development of electronic technology,the performance of electronic devices and the integration of electronic components are greatly improved,and the volume is getting smaller and smaller.The inevitable high heat flux density problem occurs in electronic devices during long term work.In the high power closed type natural heat dissipating machine,heat is mainly transmitted to the external environment through heat radiation and natural convection,thereby achieving the effect of cooling the whole machine.The excellent thermodynamic properties of solid nano carbon from the aspect of solid nanocarbon coating were analyzed,and the working principle and advantages of solid nano carbon coated heat sink wre described.Through the comparative analysis of the heat dissipation performance of the solid nano carbon heat sink and the traditional heat sink,it is concluded that the heat dissipation effect of the surface-sprayed solid nano carbon heat sink is obviously superior to the traditional heat sink.
