摘要
目前国内大多选煤厂采用继电器的方式实现对皮带输送机的控制,已经逐渐无法满足选煤厂的生产与技术要求,针对这一情况设计了一种基于PLC控制器的皮带机变频调速系统。系统采用PLC控制方式,通过改变电机的输入频率来调节电机的转速,建立了皮带机的结构模型,对控制系统的总体方案进行了设计,并分析研究了系统的控制和变频调速原理。综合分析系统功能要求,对控制器与传感器组进行了选型,并设计了控制器的上位机的通讯接线图和主程序流程图。系统实现了皮带机在重载和负载不均匀情况下的软起动,保护了系统的硬件设备,提高了工作可靠性。
At present,most domestic coal preparation plants use relays to realize the control of belt conveyors.It has gradually failed to meet the production and technical requirements of coal preparation plants.For this situation,a belt controller based on PLC controller was designed.The system adopts the PLC control mode,adjusts the motor’s input speed to adjust the motor’s rotational speed,establishes the structural model of the belt conveyor,designs the overall scheme of the control system,and analyzes the system control and frequency control principle.The comprehensive analysis system function requirements select the controller and sensor group,and design the communication wiring diagram and main program flow chart of the controller’s upper computer.The system realizes the soft start of the belt conveyor under heavy load and uneven load,which protects the hardware equipment of the system and improves the working reliability.
