摘要
文章以盒马实现数据赋能场景为案例进行剖析,研究阿里前台-中台间数据流动机制,结合某汽车集团中台在数字化转型上的发展现状,认为该集团数字化转型仍处于探索期和规划期之间。最后,结合该集团中长期规划,提出相关建议以加强其中台建设、加快价值挖掘。
In this article,the case of Hema to realize data empowerment is taken as an example for analysis.The data flow mechanism between Alibaba’s foreground and mid-ground is studied.Combined with the development status of an automotive group’s mid-ground digital transformation,it is believed that the group’s digital transformation is still between the exploration period and the planning period.Finally,in conjunction with the group’s mid-and long-term planning,relevant recommendations are proposed to strengthen the construction of mid-ground and accelerate value mining.
