摘要 为明确新型缓冲块设计能够吸收更多能量并降低极限载荷,基于复合缓冲块设计,首先通过ANSYS建模,通过CAE模型对当前缓冲块和复合缓冲块进行对比仿真分析,验证了新型缓冲块对于能量吸收的有效性;通过Motionview整车模拟仿真及实车采谱载荷对新型复合缓冲块能量吸收优化的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,新型的复合缓冲块能够在通过相同工况时吸收更多的能量,从而有效地改善整车冲击载荷。 In order to clarify that the new buffer block design can absorb more energy and reduce the limit load,based on the design of the composite buffer block,first of all,the current buffer block and the composite buffer block are compared and analyzed by ANSYS modeling and CAE model to verify the energy absorption effect of the new buffer block.Furthermore,the effectiveness of the new composite buffer block energy absorption optimization is verified by Motionview vehicle simulation and real vehicle spectrum load.The results show that the new composite buffer block can absorb more energy when passing through the same working conditions,thereby effectively improving the impact load of the whole vehicle.
