五星椅座磨削工艺参数优化的试验研究

摘要 为获得五星椅座良好的砂带磨削效果,对六关节轴机器人抓取五星椅座在砂带磨削机上打磨时的磨削深度、砂带线速度以及工件速度等工艺参数进行研究。通过极差分析法和方差分析法得到各磨削工艺参数对表面粗糙度和磨除率的影响规律及磨削工艺参数优选方案。根据正交试验结果,建立表面粗糙度和磨除率的数学模型。与试验测量值相比,模型计算结果的最大相对误差不超过8.7%,表明所建立的数学模型精度良好。 In order to obtain a good grinding effect of the five-star seat,the process parameters such as grinding depth,linear speed and workpiece speed of the six-joint axis robot grasping the five-star seat were studied.Through the results of the orthogonal grinding test of the five-star seat,the influence law of the grinding process parameters on the surface roughness and the grinding removal rate and the optimization scheme of the grinding process parameters are obtained by the range analysis and variance analysis.Based on the orthogonal test results,the mathematical model of surface roughness and grinding rate is established,and the maximum relative error of the calculated results of the model is no more than 8.7%compared with the measured values.This result indicates that the mathematical model has a good precision and can provide some reference for improving the grinding quality and efficiency of five-star seat.
