单生朝天椒新品种湘辣706的选育

湘辣706是以细胞核质互作雄性不育系R07166-2-3A为母本、自交系R0766-4-4为父本配制的中晚熟杂交一代小果单生朝天椒品种.该品种果实小指形,果长6~8 cm,果宽1.0 cm左右,单果质量5~6 g;青果绿色,老熟果红色,果表光亮,水分含量低,味辛辣,香味浓,适宜作鲜红椒上市或泡制、干制加工;植株生长势较强,株型高大,分枝多,叶色深绿;连续挂果能力强,前后期果实一致性好,采收期长,产量1400~1600 kg/667 m2;综合抗性强,耐湿热、耐干旱、耐涝,抗炭疽病和疫病,适合露地栽培.

The upward pepper cultivar Xiangla 706 is an F1 hybrid with medium late maturation and small fruit,bred by taking nucleus and cytoplasm interacted male sterile line R07166-2-3A as female parent and selfing line R0766-4-4 as male parent.Its fruit is in little finger shape,6-8 cm in length,1.0 cm in diameter,and its single fruit weight was 5-6 g.Its unripe fruit is green and the ripe fruit is red with polish skin.Its fruit has low water content and tastes pungent,which is suitable for picking up red fruits for fresh market or processing as pickled pepper or dried pepper.The plant is tall and grows vigorously,with many branches and dark-green leaves.It possessed strong continuous fruit setting ability,uniform fruits in the early and late harvesting period,as well as long harvesting period,and its yield is 1400-1600 kg/667 m2.Xiangla 706 has strong comprehensive diseases resistance,tolerant to humidity,heat,drought and waterlogging,resistant to anthracnose and Phytophthora blight,and it is suitable for planting in open field.
