基于电池差异的增程式客车生命周期成本分析

摘要 为了研究当前技术条件下不同容量蓄电池的增程式电动客车综合成本,引入了生命周期成本分析评价体系,对增程式电动客车的各种成本进行了详细的探索。从用户角度出发,以现有各种能源价格为基础进行成本估算,并使用了与车辆实际行驶状态最接近的中国典型城市工况作为基础,通过对4种类型增程式电动客车的生命周期成本差异进行比较,选出当前条件下综合成本最低的增程式电动客车车型。结果显示,在4种电池容量的车型中,容量最小的车型生命周期成本最低。同时加入了敏感性分析,分别从燃料价格变动、蓄电池价格变动以及蓄电池寿命变化角度,分析各类增程式电动客车的优势,随着燃料价格上涨与电池价格下降,电池容量小的车型价格优势越来越小。 In order to study the comprehensive cost of Extended-Range buses with different batteries under the current technical conditions,a life cycle cost analysis and evaluation system was introduced,and various costs of extended range buses were explored in detail.From the perspective of the user,the cost is estimated based on the existing energy prices under the successive Chinese typical city bus driving cycles which are closest to the actual driving conditions of the vehicle.The differences are compared,and the range-extended bus model with the lowest comprehensive cost under the current conditions is selected and the results show that among the four battery capacity models,the model with the smallest capacity has the lowest life cycle cost.A sensitivity analysis was added to analyze the advantages of various range-extended buses from the perspectives of fuel price changes,battery price changes,and battery life changes.As fuel prices increase and battery prices decrease,the price advantage of models with small battery capacity increases.It is getting smaller and smaller.
