介于新能源汽车在国内的快速发展,普及已成必然趋势,对于以汽车专业为主的技工院校来说必须踏上"变革"的征程,这对学生来讲是一块未知之地,对老师来说也是一大挑战,教师需要快速并深入的掌握新能源的知识与必要技能,从核心出发,让学生能够真正理解并掌握新能源的知识与技能。笔者认为用参加比赛的形式是最有效也是最能起到锻炼价值的一种方式,去提高教师与学生的实战技能,同时也避免了教师在授课时的纸上谈兵。
