摘要
以某轿车为研究对象,利用有限元模拟仿真技术,进行了的正面碰撞研究。针对该轿车驾驶区压溃严重、驾驶员生存空间变小的情况,对车架前纵梁进行结构改进,改进后B柱加速度最大值有所减小,提高轿车的正面碰撞安全性。
Taking a car as the research object,the frontal collision research is carried out by using the finite element simulation technology.In view of the serious collapse of the driving area and the small living space of the driver,the structure of the front longitudinal beam of the car frame is improved.After the improvement,the maximum acceleration of the B-pillar is reduced,and the safety of the car in front collision is improved.
