Several Air Suspension Valve Application Issues Study and Analysis Regarding A Vehicle Model of Shaanxi Truck

陕重汽某车型是陕重汽主打车型,在国内重卡市场占据重要位置,但由于相关产品生产制造误差,国内外高度阀产品设计标准差异化以及千差万别的使用环境,导致项目初期高度阀出现诸多不适应的情况。针对这些故障现象,基于现场大量的测量结果和相关理论分析,提出了针对性的解决措施;并设计了相关试验方法以检验国内外不同泄漏量标准的等效性;根据高度阀实际应用环境,对高度阀的"死区"进行了合理分析,拓展了国内高度阀应用经验;针对新品入库检验和售后市场,设计了高度阀相关的检验方法和设备以便于快速判别问题。

This certain key truck platform of Shaanxi Truck plays an important role in China truck market.But a lot of application issues were reported and solutions were required immediately when the project started due to the products manufacturing tolerance,the difference of air suspension valve specifications and the complex application environment.Based on a large amount of on-site inspection and analysis,effective solutions are completed accordingly;some related testing method are designed to evaluate the different leak specifications;analyzed the dead band of air suspension valve;some inspection methods and equipment are designed to complete the in-coming inspection and field inspection.
