摘要
文章以某C-NCAP 20185星项目座椅鞭打试验为基础,针对其在项目开发中鞭打试验假人颈部伤害值不达标的状况,通过对试验数据的研究分析,找出对其鞭打性能影响较大的相应座椅参数,在滑台试验中通过改进座椅靠背刚度和座椅头枕刚度及座椅头枕与假人头部相对高度差值等特性参数,真实可靠的减小了鞭打试验对乘员颈部伤害,提高了该座椅的鞭打试验性能从而满足开发目标。
Aiming at the driver neck injure can’t meet the developing requirement in one project whose development target is 5 stars in C-NCAP 2018,by studying the after test seats and analyzing the test data,finding out the critical parameters in test seat that can affect the Whiplash test performance in major,it is showed that the stiffness of the seatback,the stiffness of the seat headrest and the height of seat headrest can impact on the driver neck injure in deeply,so in the Whiplash tests changing these parameters in steps and reduced the driver neck injure value really in final,and make the test result meet the project target.
