摘要
通过0°、45°、90°三个方向单向拉伸实验,建立基于Barlat-89屈服准则的5182各向异性材料模型。通过Pamstamp有限元模拟软件分析铝合金前围板冲压工艺可行性,优化产品结构和冲压工艺设计,获得理想的冲压成形工艺方案。优化铝合金模具结构和生产现场模具调试,实现5182铝合金前围板批量生产。
Through the uniaxial tensile experiments at 0°,45°,and 90°,a 5182 anisotropic material model based on the Barlat-89 yield criterion is established.Pamstamp finite element simulation software was used to analyze the feasibility of the aluminum alloy dash panel stamping process,optimized the product and stamping process,and obtained the ideal stamping process plan.Optimized the structure of stamping mold and debugging at production,realized the mass production of 5182 aluminum alloy dash panel.
