团课是共青团组织对于团员进行理论教育的主阵地,是团组织的一项经常性重要工作。当前思政教育摆在教育的重要位置,加强职业院校团员教育,引导团员坚持真理,促进班风学风建设,团课教育显得尤为重要。文章通过介绍新时代背景下,什么是团课、团课教育的难点、如何讲好团课,理清谁讲团课、谁听团课这两大问题,力争让每一名职业院校学生团员都能接受到优质团课教育,加深团课教育对职业院校青年团员的影响。
