摘要
应用QC活动降低某车型前轮处异响故障率,通过现状调查确定前悬架异响为症结问题,针对症结问题进行原因分析和要因确认,制定提升减振器制造清洁度和更改前摆臂安装螺栓的措施,使故障率由攻关前的58.6%降低至1.96%。
QC activity was used to reduce the abnormal noise failure rate at the front wheel of a certain model.The abnormal noise of the front suspension was identified as the crux problem through the current investigation.According to the crux problem,the cause analysis and cause confirmation were carried out,and the measures for improving the manufacturing cleanliness of the shock absorber and changing the mounting bolts of the front swing arm were formulated,which reduced the failure rate from 58.6%to 1.96%.
