现代化进程中的继续教育重构性变革研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着我国进入全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新时代,继续教育的重构性变革成为摆在我们面前的新课题。继续教育的重构不是单个组织单个层面的变革,而是以提高继续教育领域全要素生产率为目标,对继续教育的组织要素和基本理念进行的一场深刻的重构。在这个大发展、大变革、大调整的关键时期,我国现代化的过程表现为经济社会结构深刻转型、国家之间加剧竞争、社会和谐发展的要求前所未有、人民发展需求更加多元化,其产生的对继续教育的时代需求与继续教育发展不平衡不充分之间的矛盾,是继续教育重构性变革的主要动因。实现继续教育重构性变革未来路径主要有:以终身学习理念为引领变革学校教育,突破和超越传统教育理念和体系重构继续教育生态,完善一系列保障机制和支持制度;以紧迫意识、创新思维和战略站位,应用现代信息技术手段,并密切关注和深入研究继续教育在国际接轨过程中面临的挑战和机遇。 With China entering a new era of building a modern socialist country,the reconstruction of continuing education has become a new issue before us.The reconstruction is not a change at a single level of a single organization,but a deep reconstruction of the organizational elements and basic concepts of continuing education,aiming at improving the total factor.In this critical time,China’s economic and social structure undergoes profound changes,competition intensifies between countries,requirements for harmonious social development are unprecedented,and people’s development needs are more diversified.The contradiction between the time demand and the unbalanced development of continuing education is the main reason for the reconstruction of continuing education.Approaches include:reforming school education in line with lifelong learning concept;breaking through traditional education concept and system to rebuild the ecology of continuing education;streamlining a series of guarantee mechanisms and support systems;applying modern information technology,and making further study on the challenges and opportunities in the process of international integration.
